Description

Bridgefoot Bridge is a road bridge, likely built in the 18th century but designed in the Medieval style. It features two round-headed arches; one arch is constructed with stone voussoirs, while the other uses red brick voussoirs. The arches are made of Wealden sandstone rubble, topped with red brick coping. There is a semi-circular brick cutwater situated between the arches, along with similar buttresses on either side.
