Large house, now restaurant. Late C18 with C19 additions. Red brick, hipped slate roof with parapet. Three storeys, rectangular plan. West front: centre 3 storey, splay sided, projecting bay, on ground floor central door and fanlight. Doorcase and simple horizontal dentillated entablature. Window in each side of splay with segmental arches, 12 pane sashes. Windows repeated on first and second floors, the latter only 6 panes. Brick quoins and band courses on first floor. On second floor brick cornice with diagonal brick dentils. Later single storey wing on north. Large splay sided bay window. To left, 18 pane sash window. Two storey extension on south with hipped roofs. East elevation main block: Three storeys, rendered ground floor brick above. Ground floor, four 12-pane sash windows and door with casing, 1982. First floor five 12-pane sash windows. Second floor five 6-pane sash windows. Brick string course. Internally C19 staircase and entrance hall the only original features.
