Description
An early 19th century terrace of six properties, numbered 42 to 48, located on the north-west side of Greys Hill. The buildings are constructed of red brick with wide eaves and a slate roof. Each property has two storeys and dormers, featuring a single window per floor. The windows are sash windows, some with modern glazing bars, although the ground floor window of number 44 is a modern replacement. A round arched doorway is present, featuring a plastered tympanum. Numbers 2 to 76 (even) on Greys Hill, together with the associated walls, railings, gate and gate posts, form a group of buildings with Holy Trinity Church and numbers 29 to 33 (odd) on Church Street. The garden wall of number 2 Greys Hill is also part of this group on Church Street.
