Description
Goring Mill is a mill built around the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick featuring grey headers and has a plain tile roof, with a brick stack located at the left end. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a seven-window range. There are 19th-century half-glazed doors positioned at the center, left, and right. The windows display irregular arrangements of casements with segmental brick heads, except for a 19th-century casement with eight lights located to the right of the center on the first floor. To the right of the center, there is a weatherboarded hoist, and a dovecote is situated in the cross gable at the top. On the left side, there are two flat-roofed dormers and a double Queen post roof truss on the left return. The interior has not been inspected. There is likely a late 18th-century two-storey wing to the left, which also has irregular fenestration.
