Description

Trinity College, established in 1485, features the South Range with the main gate. The cottages on Broad Street, dating from around 1680, were converted into rooms and a porter's lodge in 1886. These were demolished and rebuilt in a similar style in 1970, appearing timber-framed and rendered. They are included in the listing for their group value in Broad Street. The gates and stone piers were originally built in 1886 and were rebuilt in 1968.
