Description

This is an anonymous chest tomb located approximately 1.5 meters south of the nave of the Church of St Thomas A Becket. It likely dates from the 16th or 17th century and is constructed from ragstone. The tomb features low walls made of roughly dressed stone blocks and has a thick flat lid with a soffit chamfer. Any inscription that may have been on the lid has worn off over time.
