Abandoned farmhouse. Probably early C19, Sandstone rubble footings with chamfered plinth, Flemish bond red brick above includes some burnt headers and includes brick dentil frieze at first floor level. First floor level is exposed timber-framing, relatively closely studded with wavy braces (part at the west end is hung with peg-tiles). Brick stacks and chimneyshafts. Peg- tile roof.
Plan: Farmhouse with basically a 2-room plan with central entrance and staircase. The parlour to right has a rear lateral stack and left (west) end probably the kitchen and has a large projecting gable-end stack. 2 storeys.
Exterior: Irregular 2-window front of timber-mullioned windows without glazing bars. The right end window is literally that, returning round the corner. First floor windows are large hip-roofed dormers. Front doorway is set a little left of centre. It contains a C19 6-panel door behind a gabled porch on plain posts with plain braces making an outer arch. Gable has plain bargeboards and apex finial. Main roof is gable-ended, stepping down from the main part to a slightly lower roof over the kitchen.
Interior: Not inspected.
