Description

This building, comprising numbers 58 and 60 Trinity Square, dates to around 1840. It is a three-storey structure with a basement, now rendered with a pebble dash finish. The building features a stone coping detail with a wide, moulded eaves cornice. There are six sash windows set within moulded stone architraves. A cast-iron balcony is located on the first floor. The ground floor has three canted bays with three lights each. A simple doorcase with plain pilasters leads to a street-level entrance with steps and spear railings. Numbers 53 to 66 Trinity Square form a group.
