92 and 94 Sandling Road is a 18th-century building that has been restored. It has two storeys and a basement, constructed of painted brick. The roof is newly covered with pantiles and features two dormer windows. The building has two sash windows and one blank window with only verticals. The ground floor has renewed casement windows and two simple round-headed doorcases.
