This is an early 19th century small building made of flint with brick dressings, located approximately 30 metres to the west of Camer House. It has a basement and one upper floor, topped with a hipped tiled roof. The basement contains two rooms with brick flooring, while the upper room has been used as a granary. The original purpose of the building is otherwise unknown.
