Description

Number 1 on Golden Street is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high, with a basement and attics. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a parapet with stone coping. There is one dormer and a three-light canted bay window on the ground floor that has verticals only. The doorcase on the right side is adorned with a cornice, console brackets, and vermiculated pilasters. The building also has long and short quoins.
