Description

No 109, known as the Georgian Cottage, is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Middle Street. It is two storeys high and has a stuccoed exterior with a hipped tiled roof. The front features two sash windows that have verticals only, along with a plain doorcase that includes a keystone. The side elevation retains its original glazing bars. This cottage is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 105 to 119 (odd).
