Description

The Treasury is a 17th-century, L-shaped building originally listed as Treasury Farmhouse. It is dated 1663. The north-west and south-east gable ends are shaped in a Dutch style, with the south-east gable featuring a brick chimney breast bearing the date 1663. The front elevation has been re-faced with brick at a later date. The roof is tiled. The front has three sash windows, though the glazing bars have been lost. A doorcase features pilasters and a projecting cornice, and the door consists of six fielded panels.
