Description

16 The Borough is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high, constructed of painted brick with a parapet featuring stone coping. The facade includes two sash windows, although most of the glazing bars are missing. There is a later 19th-century shopfront added to the building. This property is part of a group of buildings that includes Nos 1 to 4 and Nos 7 to 21, all of which are listed as grade II. It also forms a group with Nos 72 to 74 and St Mary Northgate Hall located on Northgate.
