Description

Ickham Hall is an early 19th century house comprising two parallel ranges. The south range is two storeys and has attics, and is faced with Roman cement with a rusticated ground floor. It has a hipped slate roof with four dormers, a bracket eaves cornice, and a stringcourse. The windows are four sashes, one with restored glazing bars and the others retaining intact glazing bars. A porch features twin fluted columns and contains a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight and a door of four moulded panels. The north-west front has a curved bow window running through both floors. The north range is built of red brick. The interior retains contemporary fireplaces.
