Description

The Tudor Cottage Restaurant is a probable 17th-century timber-framed building, later refaced in painted brick. It has one storey and attics, and is topped with a hipped thatched roof featuring four 'eyebrow' dormers. The front has five casement windows with leaded lights. A modern bow window has been added to the ground floor. A simple, cambered doorcase provides entry. Inside, a fireplace displays the inscription "Years of Plenty 1676" and is decorated with swag moulding.
