Description

Merton Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic, constructed from red brick. It features a tiled roof adorned with a modillion cornice and has two dormers. The façade includes three sash windows, all of which retain their glazing bars. The entrance is highlighted by a doorcase set within a frame that includes a pediment, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-paned moulded door.
