Description

Woodlands Manor is a house dating to circa 1810. It is two storeys high with a basement, and is faced with roughcast. The roof is slate, with a wide bracket eaves cornice. The south-west front, which is the entrance front, has three sash windows with original glazing bars, and a Tuscan porch. The porch contains a round-headed doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight and three lion’s head masks. There are four stone steps leading to the entrance. The south-east front, or garden front, has five windows, with a three-window bay in the centre on both floors. The ground floor windows of this bay are paired, and the first floor windows have iron balconettes.
