Description

These are two 16th-century buildings, 40A and 41 Ivy Lane, constructed with a timber frame and plaster infill. The roof is covered with old tiles, and some curved braces are visible. The windows are restored casements. There are two simple 19th-century wooden doors, each with a wooden weatherhood supported by brackets. Buildings 40A to 45 (inclusive), number 51, 51A, numbers 53 to 61 (inclusive), and number 63 form a group.
