Description

Rosedale Villas consists of two early 19th century houses, each two storeys high, constructed from painted brick and topped with a slate roof. The houses were built in two phases and feature three windows with box sashes that include glazing bars. The doorways are adorned with thin pilasters and open pediments, and each has a semi-circular fanlight above a door with six fielded panels. The left-hand section of No 24 is slightly set back and has a later doorway that includes a hood supported by brackets.
