Description
Sappington Court is a 17th-century building situated on Petham Garlinge Green. It is two storeys high with attics set within gable ends. The building is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The front facade features two modern casement windows and a simple doorcase. The east front includes two small gables. The manor of Sappington was once owned in the 16th century by Sir William Cranmer, brother of the Archbishop and Governor of the Merchant Adventurers.
