Description
Verralls Oak is an early 18th-century building located in Egerton, Stonebridge Green. It is constructed of red brick and grey headers arranged alternately, set on a stone base. The building has two storeys and attics, topped with a hipped tiled roof and a moulded wooden eaves cornice. A stringcourse made of red brick and grey headers runs along the building.
The facade features five sash windows with wide glazing bars, with the ground floor windows having segmented heads. Access to the building is via a doorcase that is reached by six steps, framed by a moulded architrave surround. Above the door is a flat hood supported by brackets, and the door itself consists of six fielded panels.
