Description

Sunnydale is an 18th-century building consisting of two parallel ranges. It is two storeys high and faced with weatherboarding, topped by a hipped tiled roof. The building features three sashes with intact glazing bars and has external chimney stacks. The entrance includes a doorcase with a wide flat hood supported by elaborate wooden scroll brackets, along with a low rectangular fanlight above the door.
