Description

Green Farmhouse, formerly the King's Arms Inn, is an L-shaped timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and features fishscale tiles above. It stands two storeys high with attics and has a tiled roof. The west front includes three gabled dormers and three sash windows without glazing bars. The north front has casement windows. Both fronts are adorned with a porch that has a shaped Dutch gable, which contains a cartouche displaying the crest of the Toke family, formerly of Godinton, Great Chart.
