Description

Bennetts is a building dating from the 16th century or earlier, featuring a restored timber frame with close-studding and plaster infilling. The first floor overhangs, supported by the protruding ends of the floor joists and a bressumer. The ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick, and the roof is hipped and tiled. The building has three casement windows with diamond-shaped leaded lights, and the interior showcases exposed beams.
