Description

Nos 4 to 8 Batemans Corner is a building that was once the parish workhouse. The southern end features an 18th-century exterior that covers an older structure. It stands three storeys high with two windows. The north wing, added in the 18th century, is two storeys tall and has three windows. The entire building is faced with stone rubble on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows.
