Description

Newlands Stud Farmhouse is an L-shaped building, likely originating in the late Norman period, with a substantial refronting in the 18th century. The two-storey and attic structure is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. It has a hipped tiled roof. Four sash windows with intact glazing bars are visible, and a doorcase is topped with a flat hood. A projecting east window bay is present. Internally, the farmhouse features exposed curved braces and a roof with two crown posts and a moulded tie beam.
