Description

The Old School House is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building situated on a base of stone rubble. The ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper part is tile hung, featuring a slight projecting base between the two materials. The building stands two storeys high with attics and has a hipped tiled roof that includes two gabled dormers. It has three casement windows and a 19th century gabled porch. In front of the house, there is a pavement made of Bethersden marble.
