Description

Pond Cottages, dating from the 18th century, are a pair of two-storey cottages located in Little Chart Forstal. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor features tile-hanging. The cottages have a hipped tiled roof and include two Dering windows along with simple doorcases. There is a modern addition at the rear of the cottages.
