This is an early 19th-century building comprising two houses, Nos. 36 and 38 Maytham Road, in Rolvenden. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. The roof is covered with slate. The building has three sash windows, some of which retain original glazing bars. Simple weather hoods project above the windows.
