Description

These buildings at 57 and 57A High Street date from the 18th century. They are two storeys high with a dormered attic and are built of stucco, featuring an old tile roof. The ground floor boasts an exceptionally fine double flat bow window shop front. The first floor has four windows, each with sash glazing bars. A modillion cornice runs along the building, topped by a parapet. These buildings are part of a group that extends from number 57 to number 64A.
