Description
Roke Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high. The main structure is a square block with a west-facing entrance front featuring three windows. It has a red tile roof with three hipped ends and a brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, and there are tall casements from the early 19th century. The entrance includes a six-panelled door set in a solid frame, which is sheltered by a later open porch. The east side of the farmhouse has three windows arranged symmetrically, with chamfered openings. The red brick walling displays flush blue bands at the first floor and a high plinth. The old square-leaded casements are located at the angle between the house and an older 17th-century outbuilding.
