Description

A cottage dating from the 16th century, with later additions. It is two storeys high and has an irregular arrangement of windows, originally two above four. The building displays an exposed timber frame, with a jetty on the south front, incorporating curved braces, some of which are restored. The roof is covered in red tiles and is half-hipped. The infill between the timbers is primarily red brickwork, with new brickwork at ground floor level, some upper panels rendered, and some painted brickwork. Modern casement windows are present. A boarded door provides entry.
