The cottages at 1-5 Burnt House Lane, Stubbington, originally a single timber-framed building divided into three cottages, date to the late 18th or early 19th century. The structure has red brick infill within the square panel framing, with a rendered ground floor central section and rebuilt or refaced red brick ends. A tiled roof is topped by an off-centre chimney, and the roof is half-hipped at the south end.
