Description

Anker Cottage is a 17th-century building located on Titchfield Road in Crofton. It is now a single cottage that features a timber frame with square panel framing and brick infill. The roof is half hipped and thatched, and there is an external chimney situated off center. The cottage has one storey and an attic, which now includes three dormers, a change from its original single dormer. There are four casement windows. The building has undergone extensive restoration, including the rebuilding of part of the end gable.
