Description
49 High Street is a 19th-century building that stands three stories tall and is two bays wide. The exterior is finished in stucco. The ground floor features a shop front, with a door on the right leading to the upstairs residence. The windows on the first and second floors are set in moulded surrounds, and there is a moulded band at the second floor level. The building is topped with a blocking course.
