Description

Cooper's Farmhouse is an early 17th century building, with some elements possibly dating back even earlier. The northernmost window-bay may have been added in the 18th century. The farmhouse has two storeys and features four windows. The ground floor is constructed of ashlar stone with a moulded cornice above, while the upper part is made of red brick. The northernmost window-bay uses grey headers with red brick dressings, quoins, and a flush stringcourse. The north wall is partly tile-hung, and the roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The windows are casement style, with two of them featuring stone mullions. There is a pentice portion at the south end of the east front.
