Description

Mastingate and Tollgate is an early 19th-century building located on the north-east side of The Green in Frant. It is similar in style to many buildings found in Tunbridge Wells. The structure stands two storeys high and features four windows. Originally constructed with ashlar stone, it is now painted. The building has three gables and a tiled roof, along with two projections. On the ground floor, there are two bays that include castellated parapets and a castellated porch. The windows consist of a mix of casement, sash, and modern styles.
