Description

The Providence Chapel, built in 1849, is a two-storey building featuring three windows. The south wall is constructed of red brick and is flanked by pilasters with stone quoins. Above the wall, there is a pediment that contains a roundel with the date and the initials J H M. The entrance has a doorway with a semi-circular fanlight and double doors made up of six panels, flanked by two blank window spaces. The upper section has three windows that retain their glazing bars. The side walls are made of red brick with grey headers arranged in alternate courses.
