Old Fern Cottages comprise a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building located in Rushlake Green, Warbleton. The building has plaster infilling between the timber framing and a tiled roof. It features casement windows, a single storey, and an attic space. The front elevation has five windows and two gabled dormers.
