Pippins and Russetts is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located on Rotherfield Station Road. It features plaster infilling and diagonal braces on the first floor. The building has a steeply-pitched tiled roof that is hipped at the east end. It has two storeys and includes three casement windows.
