Description

Coggins Mill House is an 18th-century building, originally listed as Calkin's Mill Farmhouse. It is two storeys high and has three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, while the upper floor is tile-hung. The roof is tiled, and the original glazing bars are intact in the windows. The front doorway features a rectangular fanlight, a flat hood above it, and a door consisting of six fielded panels.
