Description

Le Rette Farmhouse is a 16th-century timber-framed house that has been refronted with coursed stone on the ground floor and tile-hung above. An additional window bay was added to the westernmost side. The house features a tiled roof and casement windows, along with prominent chimney breasts. It stands two storeys tall and has six windows. Originally, there was a pentice at the back, but two gables were added, likely in the 18th century, with a third added in modern times. The back elevation is finished in painted brick on the ground floor and includes sash windows with glazing bars.
