Description

The Ticehurst Institute, dated 1899, is a single-storey building with a half-H plan. It features eight windows and is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The building has stone casement windows, and the wings are gabled. A central stone porch displays the date and has a curved pediment above it. There is one gabled dormer on each side of the porch.
