Originally an iron foundary. L-shaped building. C17 or earlier. Two storeys and attic. Three windows. One dormer. Fronted with ashlar, the back wing red brick and grey headers. Hipped tile roof. Casement windows, one with a stone mullions. Modern porch. Later addition at north end.
