Description

The Old Court House is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and three dormers. Constructed of red brick, it has a moulded wooden eaves cornice and a mansard slate roof with intact glazing bars. A prominent feature is the round-headed window in the centre of the first floor. A good porch rises five steps, supported by Doric columns, topped with a pediment, and incorporating a semicircular fanlight. The doorway within the porch features another semicircular fanlight and a door consisting of six fielded panels.
