Little Swailes Green Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier building. It is a two-storey farmhouse with two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper floor is weatherboarded. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, with a hipped profile. The windows are casement type.
