Eighteen Pounder Farmhouse is an L-shaped building dating from the early 19th century. It has two floors and originally featured three windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper floor is weather-boarded. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present. A modern addition has been made to the south side of the building.
