Church Place Farmhouse is a late 17th century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. It features four windows and has two hipped dormers. The exterior is constructed of red brick with alternating grey headers and includes a stringcourse. The roof is tiled, and the windows are primarily casement style, with the exception of two large modern sash windows.
