Description

The former stables of the Royal George and No 56, known as Sandstones, is an L-shaped building dating from the early 19th century. It stands at two storeys high and features six windows. The structure is constructed of ashlar stone and includes a stringcourse and an eaves cornice. The roof is slate, and the windows are casement style. The former stables are at a higher elevation compared to the rest of the building.
